An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $5,000.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to the Wesley House Community Center to support its ongoing efforts to empower and serve the youth of the Mechanicsville, Lonsdale and Beaumont communities.(Requested by Community Empowerment Department)
