Amend Zoning Code notice provisions for variance applications and appeals
An Ordinance amending Appendix B - Zoning Code, Article 15, Section 15.2 (A) and Table 15-2 of the Knoxville City Code so as to add to the notice provisions a requirement of notice of variance applications to be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals, as well as to require notice of appeals of the Zoning Administrator's interpretations and decisions to be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals, and Amending Appendix B - Zoning Code, Article 16, Section 16.12(A)(4)(a)(i).(Requested by Councilmember Smith)
On October 18, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council deferred “Amend Zoning Code notice provisions for variance applications and appeals” to a later meeting.
