Award $2.065M from Affordable Rental Development Fund to Central Terrace Developer, LLC
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $2,065,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to Central Terrace Developer, LLC, for the development of 69 affordable rental housing units to be located at 4502 Fennel Road.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
