A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $510,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to Gleason Partners, L.P. for the rehabilitation of 17 affordable housing units for very low-income households, to be located at 7823 Gleason Drive.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
