Amend City Code regarding aboveground storage tank inspection requirements and zoning references
An Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville amending Chapter 11, Article I, Section 11-3 of the Knoxville City Code so as to revise the inspection requirements for aboveground storage tanks and to update references set forth in subsection 11-3(1) to accurately reflect the changes previously made to the City's zoning ordinance in August 2019.(Requested by Knoxville Fire Department)
On November 1, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code regarding aboveground storage tank inspection requirements and zoning references” by a vote of 8–0.
