Contract with Locality Media (First Due) for Fire Dept. Records Mgmt. System

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Locality Media, Inc. d/b/a First Due to provide a remotely hosted Records Management System for the Knoxville Fire Department at a total cost not to exceed $148,000.00 for the first year of the term and a base price of $132,000.00 for each subscription year thereafter.(Requested by Knoxville Fire Department)
