Agree with Samsara, Inc. for Fleet Services vehicle tracking

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Samsara, Inc. for the provision of telematics hardware, services and accessories for automatic vehicle location tracking of assets managed by the Department of Fleet Services, for an initial term through June 30, 2024 with up to two one-year renewal options thereafter, in an amount not to exceed $121,415.32 per year.(Requested by Fleet Services)
