Appropriate $7,000 to YO-STEM for STEM programs

An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $7,000.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to YO-STEM to support its STEM Saturday and gSTEM programs designed to expose middle school aged youth to the world of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.(Requested by Community Empowerment Department)

On November 29, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Appropriate $7,000 to YO-STEM for STEM programs” by a vote of 9–0.

Unanimous Adopted 9-0-0-0
