Accept Surface Transportation Block Grant funds for Sevier Avenue Streetscapes

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept Surface Transportation Block Grant funds from the Tennessee Department of Transportation in the amount of $1,603,134.40 with a City match of $400,783.60 to provide additional funding for the Sevier Avenue Streetscapes Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
