Apply for and accept National League of Cities grant for economic opportunity

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept grant funding of up to $30,000.00, with no City match required, from the National League of Cities to be used to expand economic opportunities for residents and businesses of color.(Requested by Community Empowerment Department)
