An Ordinance approving the request of the City of Knoxville for a One Year Plan Amendment from South Waterfront Mixed Use District 1 to South Waterfront Mixed Use District 2 for property located at 0 Hillwood Drive, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. (Planning Commission Approved 12-0) (File No. 10-B-22-PA) (Council District 1)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)
