An Ordinance approving the request of Rivers Edge II, LLC for a One Year Plan Amendment from South Waterfront Mixed Use District 1 to South Waterfront Mixed Use District 2 for property located at 0 Hillwood Drive, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. (Planning Commission Approved 12-0) (File No. 10-G-22-PA) (Council District 1)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)

On December 13, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend One Year Plan for Rivers Edge II, LLC at 0 Hillwood Drive” by a vote of 8–0.
