Amend South County Sector Plan related to Alcoa Highway Corridor Study

An Ordinance approving the request of Knoxville-Knox County Planning for a text amendment and a map amendment to the South County Sector Plan from General Commercial, Office, Medium Density Residential / Office, and Right-of-Way to Mixed Use – Special District, Alcoa Highway Small Area Plan for properties listed on Exhibit A, pursuant to the adoption of the Alcoa Highway Corridor Study by City Council on July 26, 2022 (City Ordinance O-98-2022).
