An Ordinance approving the request of Knoxville-Knox County Planning for an amendment to the One Year Plan from General Commercial, Office, Medium Density Residential / Office, and Right-of-Way to Mixed Use – Special District, Alcoa Highway Small Area Plan for properties listed on Exhibit A, pursuant to the adoption of the Alcoa Highway Corridor Study by City Council on July 26, 2022 (City Ordinance O-98-2022). On December 13, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend One Year Plan related to Alcoa Highway Corridor Study” by a vote of 8–0.
