Resolution authorizing application for Appalachia HIDTA grant for officer overtime pay

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept an Appalachia High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area grant in the amount of $134,500.00, with no required matching funds, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, as part of the multi-jurisdictional law enforcement agency efforts in combating narcotics crimes, to be used to fund officer overtime pay.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
