An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 5, to establish additional minimum requirements for the care and keeping of animals.(Requested by Councilmembers Rider, Singh, Thomas, Parker, and McKenzie)

On January 10, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to amend city code for minimum animal care and keeping requirements” by a vote of 8–1.
