An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $7,500.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to the YWCA Phyllis Wheatley Center to support the REACH internship program for students 14-18 years of age.(Requested by Office of Community Empowerment)
On January 10, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance appropriating $7,500 to YWCA Phyllis Wheatley Center for REACH program” by a vote of 9–0.
