An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Appendix B - Zoning Code, at Article 15, Section 15.2 (a) and Table 15-2 to require the posting of notices for variances and for appeals of the Zoning Administrator’s interpretations and decisions to be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals, and at Article 16, Section 16.12(A)(4)(a)(i) to require the posting of notices for appeals of decisions by the Zoning Administrator or Director of Plans Review and Building Inspections to the Board of Zoning Appeals, Knoxville-Knox County Planning, Applicant. On January 10, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to amend Zoning Code regarding posting notices for variances and appeals” by a vote of 9–0.
