An Ordinance to close Java Alley between the southeast corner of parcel 094 EG 013 and its terminus in the southeast corner of parcel 094 EG 01201, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, Jon Clark, Applicant.
