An Ordinance to close a sliver of West Blount Avenue between the southwest corner of the intersection with Saint Paul Street to the southeast corner of parcel 109 AA 005, subject to 4 conditions, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, Joseph Parks, on Behalf of Saint Paul Dev Partners, LLC, Applicant.
