approve Law Director Swanson's amendment to modify "Boarding Facilities means any person who houses animals for 24 hours or more for profit, excluding in-home pet sitters" to "Boarding Facilities means premises where any person who houses animals for 24 hours or more for profit, excluding in-home pet sitters."
