approve Staff Attorney Gordon and Council Member Parker's amendment to modify "No permit given to personal or business affiliates of permittee during revocation/suspension of permit as defined in Tennessee Regulation {0080-2-15-.04 (5) (6) (7)}" to "No permit shall be given to a personal or business affiliates of permittee during revocation or suspension of permit."
