A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property by purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, in fee simple and for easements within 11 tracts of real property as part of the Northwest Greenway Connector Phase II Project for a total amount not to exceed $270,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
