Authorize Mayor to apply for Bloomberg grant for bicycle infrastructure

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to apply for, and, if awarded, accept a Bloomberg Initiative for Cycling Infrastructure grant in the amount of $1,000,000.00 with no City match to construct a bicycle connection between the Cottrell Greenway and the Sevier Avenue and Island Home Avenue intersection.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
