A Resolution approving the selection of the accounting firm of Coulter & Justus to provide audit services to the Knoxville Utilities Board for a two-year term beginning with audits to be performed in 2023, as required by the Legislative Act creating the Knoxville Utilities Board.(Requested by Finance Department)
