An Ordinance approving the request of Green River Holdings / Scott Smith for an amendment to the Northwest County Sector Plan from Office to Community Commercial for a portion of the property located at 0 Cross Park Drive, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. (Planning Commission Approved 13-0) (File No. 1-E-23-SP) (Council District 2)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)
