Authorize PILOT negotiation with Dominion Riverside LLC

A Resolution authorizing the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville to negotiate and accept from Dominion Riverside LLC, or affiliates thereof, payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes (“PILOT”) with respect to real property located at 1624 Riverside Drive, Parcel ID of 095 JB 002, Knoxville, Tennessee, and finding that such payments are deemed to be in furtherance of the public purposes of the Board as defined in Tenn. Code Ann. § 7-53-305.(Requested by Economic Development)
