Apply for RAISE grant for South Waterfront Bridge

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to apply for and, if awarded, accept a Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant from the Federal Department of Transportation in the amount of $25,000,000.00 with a local, community match of $6,250,000.00 for construction of the South Waterfront Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
