Amend contract for Atlantic Avenue Sidewalk Project
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with McKinnon Construction Company, LLC for the Atlantic Avenue Sidewalk Project, increasing the contract amount by $166,808.90 for a new contract total of $3,294,108.00 and extending the date of completion.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
