Execute Easement Agreement for Round Up Restaurant encroachment
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Easement Agreement with Maha and Sam Tobea to allow the existing features of the Round Up Restaurant at 3643 Sevierville Pike to encroach into the public right-of-way for Sevierville Pike.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
