Execute license agreement with LMK Communications LLC (Segra)
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a license agreement with LMK Communications LLC, d/b/a Segra for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating and using a fiber optic telecommunications network within a specified portion of the City of Knoxville's public rights-of-way, subject to certain terms, conditions, and limitations.(Requested by Information Technology)
