An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $7,500.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to TKJ Foundation to support Camp 24, a youth leadership development camp held in Lonsdale in honor of Zaevion Dobson.(Requested by Office of Community Empowerment)
