An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $5,785.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to the Knoxville Area Urban League to support the National Achievers Society Sneaker Ball, an event celebrating graduating scholars and their accomplishments.(Requested by Office of Community Empowerment)
