Authorize Mayor to rent storage space for KPD
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any documents required by Southland Commercial Group, VII, LLC to continue the rental of space at 2422 Mineral Spring Road on a monthly basis for up to six months, to be used for storage for the Knoxville Police Department's Management Service Bureau in housing KPD property, for an amount not to exceed $3,540.00 per month.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
