Apply for and accept $300,000 grant for Law Enforcement Victim Advocate

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award for $300,000.00, with no required local match, from the International Association of Chiefs of Police to be used to fund a Law Enforcement Victim Advocate under the KPD Drug Death Task Force.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
