Resolution amending agreement with Clean Earth Alabama for hazardous waste disposal

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend an agreement with Clean Earth Alabama, Inc. to increase the cost to provide transportation and disposal services for the hazardous wastes collected through the joint City/County Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Program for an estimated amount of $56,664.57 annually plus collection of batteries and DOT transportation containers at an estimated cost of $10,000.00 annually.(Requested by Public Service Department)
