A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with True Grip and Lighting, Inc. to provide the stage, lighting and production equipment and labor for the Festival on the Fourth, in an annual amount not to exceed $61,196.00, with the option to extend the Agreement to include Festival of the Fourth events in 2024 and 2025.(Requested by Special Events)
