Ordinance to amend City Code regarding transfer of duties for plans review and building inspections

An Ordinance to amend Chapter 2, Article II and Chapter 6, Article VI, Sections 6-137, 6-140, 6-145, 6-152, 6-153 and Article VII, Section 6-181 and Chapter 13, Article I, Sections 13-5, Article IV, Sections 13-15, 13-145, 13-146, 13-147 and 13-148 of the Knoxville City Code to reflect the transfer of duties from the Director of Plans Review and Building Inspections to the Director of Public Service and amend the definitions of the Codes Official and Director of Public Service and Director of Plans Review and Building Inspections.(Requested by Public Service Department)
