Resolution to annex a 0.64-acre parcel at 7624 Sabre Drive into Ward 47.
A Resolution to effect annexation of a parcel of land situated in the 6th Civil District of Knox County, Tennessee, to be within Ward 47, City Block 47665 of the City of Knoxville Tennessee, abutting the eastern right-of-way of Sabre Drive, being approximately 0.64 acres, known as all of Tax Map 120, Insert N, Group D, Parcel 031.00, this day known as 7624 Sabre Drive, and to approve a Plan of Service for said area.(Requested by Economic Development)
On June 13, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Resolution to annex a 0.64-acre parcel at 7624 Sabre Drive into Ward 47.” by a vote of 9–0.
