A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knoxville's Community Development Corporation to provide administrative services and planning support to assist in redevelopment of underutilized properties and support the City's key development priorities, for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00 for the two-year term of the Agreement.(Requested by Economic Development)
