Resolution for subgrantee agreement with InterFaith Health Center for COVID-19 mental health services.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with InterFaith Health Center to provide an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 in CARES Act supplemental Community Development Block Grant - Coronavirus funding for mental health and substance abuse services for low- and moderate-income individuals within the corporate limits of Knoxville, as part of the City's response to the Covid-19 pandemic.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
