A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with Salvation Army, Knoxville Area Command, to provide an amount not to exceed $33,000.00 in CARES Act supplemental Community Development Block Grant - Coronavirus funds to provide public services and homeless services at its Joy D.
