A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $300,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to Knoxville's Housing Development Corporation, an instrumentality of Knoxville's Community Development Corporation, for the development of 10 affordable rental housing units to be located on Ben Hur Avenue, Chestnut Street, and Selma Avenue as more specifically described herein.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
