A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with the East Tennessee Community Design Center to provide an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant funding for conceptual design and technical assistance for approximately six community improvement projects.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
