Ordinance amending Knoxville City Code for vehicle towing and impoundment by codes enforcement.

An Ordinance amending Chapter 17, Article II, Division 4, §17-98 of the Knoxville City Code giving authority to municipal enforcement officers in the Neighborhood Codes Enforcement division to tow and impound any vehicle in violation of City code on public property.(Requested by Public Service Department)

On June 13, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance amending Knoxville City Code for vehicle towing and impoundment by codes enforcement.” by a vote of 9–0.
