An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Appendix B - Zoning Code, Article 11, Off-Street Parking, to clarify when recalculation of parking is required, to remove the 50% rule which creates an undue burden on redevelopment in areas of the City with existing lower property values, and to remove Article 11.1.C. On June 13, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to amend Zoning Code Article 11, Off-Street Parking, to clarify recalculation.” by a vote of 8–0.
