An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Appendix B - Zoning Code, Article 11, Off-Street Parking, to clarify when recalculation of parking is required, to remove the 50% rule which creates an undue burden on redevelopment in areas of the City with existing lower property values, and to remove Article 11.1.C.
