An Ordinance amending Sections 4-78, 4-85 and 4-95 of Chapter 4 of the Knoxville City Code so as to set fines for sales to underaged persons, clarifying where remedial plans are delivered, and establish a process to appeal.(Requested by Beer Board Chair Testerman)
