A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with Volunteer Ministry Center to provide an amount not to exceed $32,564.00 in HUD Emergency Solutions Grant funds and $39,245.00 in Homeless General Funds, for a total contract amount not to exceed $71,809.00 for the provision of rapid re-housing and homelessness prevention services.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
