An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Appendix B, Zoning Code, Article 17.3.E Nonconforming Lot of Record, to provide clarity with respect to development on lots created by deed, and to provide additional flexibility in limited situations upon approval by the Department of Engineering, and to Article 2.3 Definitions, relocating the definition of Lot of Record from Article 17.3 to Article 2.3, City of Knoxville, Applicant. On June 27, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to amend Knoxville Zoning Code Articles 17.3.E and 2.3 regarding nonconforming lots of record.” by a vote of 9–0.
